Silverpath is a multinational, female fronted, hard rocking music machine founded in Toronto, ON, Canada in 2020 by drummer Matheus Gasques of São Paulo, Brazil and guitarist Joe McMasters of Nanton, AB, Canada. After much seeking the pair were finally joined by bassist Andre Dalben, also of Brazil and lead vocalist Mikayla Cassack of Newmarket, ON, Canada in 2021. Constrained by the limitations of a global pandemic, the four of them immediately got to writing music and crafting their own unique balance of dark and sweet melodies paired with crushingly heavy riffs and choruses. Struggling to keep a track under 5 minutes long, yet never allowing a dull moment in any song, this group will take you on a musical journey like you’ve never experienced before.
